For several months now, the iXenso Group has been cooperating with the leading provider in the area of EVU platforms, Powercloud from Achern. The aim of the partnership is to develop digital solutions for the energy industry and then make them available to Powercloud customers as powerApp. In doing so, we always want to remain true to our roots: ECM.
We are already at the start with a cloud-based enterprise solution for output management. iXenso generates the PDF files for the event-controlled Powercloud. From the customer order to the final invoice, we accompany the complete customer life cycle with documents – made in Freiburg.
The automated creation of documents significantly reduces the effort and costs for energy providers. A solution tailored to the needs of the energy industry acts as a cost reducer and pacesetter for customer communication. The enterprise approach enables us to meet the high demands of the energy industry.
Whether company logo, company data, texts or rules, everything is stored in a central repository and linked to the forms accordingly. This minimises the ongoing effort and also prevents version conflicts and the time-consuming scattering of content changes.
